I've been writing a lesson on the Liturgy of the Hours for my parish's RE program, and Coffee and Canticles has been a great help. The best place to start (for me anyway) was at the Breviary Bootcamp tab, which has a helpful glossary and all the basics. I hope you go beyond that though.
