We'll have the same coffee, juice and donuts as every other Sunday (all being little celebrations of Easter). Hospitality for our Lenten Mission evenings will be more along the lines of pretzels and water. I do like the bagel idea, though. The snack is substantial enough to promote hospitality (unlike the above mentioned pretzels) but also marks the fact that something different is happening.
What would you bring to the monthly parish coffee social during Lent?
